International Media Support

International Media Support (IMS) is an NGO based in Denmark that supports freedom of expression and independent media worldwide. IMS works in countries affected by armed conflict, human insecurity and political transition.

IMS supports Burmese media to ensure a regular flow of objective and independent information to people inside of the country and worldwide. We do this by providing professional training and equipment, thereby enabling VJ’s to deliver essential coverage of events in the country as the Burma VJ film portrays so well.
